The myth
Among the Lakota, Iktomi is the trickster spider who sometimes takes human form. He fools men, beasts and sometimes himself, and his webs serve as much to trap as to teach.
In the Arena
In the Arena, Iktomi leaps. He ignores whatever stands between him and his target, warriors and temples alike, and lands two tiles further on through a side. The moment he lands, he weaves: two threads of light catch the nearby enemies, who find themselves stuck to their tile next turn without understanding what happened.
In play
The warrior leaps 2 tiles through a side, ignoring units and temples, then places up to 2 magic tokens on adjacent enemies, who are immobilized next turn.
