Akashita

The myth
In Japanese folklore, the Akashita, the “red tongue”, is a yōkai hidden in a black cloud above the sluice gates of the rice fields. When two villages quarrelled over water, it was he who opened or closed the gate, and no one could open it again until he willed it.
In the Arena
In the Arena, the gate is the enemy Akrios. The warrior moves according to his ability, then the Akashita stretches its long red tongue over the enemy's sacred heart. For one turn, the enemy Summoner lays his crystals there and nothing awakens.
In play
The warrior moves according to his ability; the opponent cannot summon a Spirit on their next turn.
